Hi I’m Van!
As someone with a vibrant Latino background, dancing has been an integral part of my life. It has brought me endless positivity and joy throughout the years, and I've always wanted to share this passion with others.
Driven by this desire, I embarked on a journey to pursue a career in fitness and sports therapy.
My goal is to empower individuals and guide them in becoming stronger, while also prioritising the optimal care of their bodies. By merging my expertise in dance and fitness, I offer a holistic approach to health and well-being.
Through my unique combination of disciplines, I strive to create an environment where people feel comfortable and confident in their own bodies, enabling them to enjoy dancing for as long as possible!
